Because digital products are delivered instantly, please choose carefully. If something is wrong with a guide — a broken download, the wrong file, or it isn’t as described — contact us and we’ll put it right.
Made-to-order tooling
Tooling is forged individually to order, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns once work has started. Every tool is covered by a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects or faulty materials (see the operating instructions supplied with your tool), and by your ACL guarantees below.
Your guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
